The « Mostra de Cuina Menorquina », a delicious way to learn about the island’s gastronomic potential, returns for two weeks.
All things Menorcan gastronomy will be celebrated this month of September as the island revels in the 13th edition of the Mostra de Cuina Menorquina, a route taking in 20 restaurants spread across different parts of the island. This time visitors will be leaving aside their bikes, kayaks and boats to indulge in all things related to good food, exploring Menorca by means of its gastronomy.
From 16 September to 2 October the culinary event will be a perfect opportunity to learn about the island’s gastronomic potential. Affiliated restaurants will be offering classic local recipes made in the traditional style or updated versions created by their chefs from local, seasonal produce.
Restaurante Faustino participates in the « Mostra»
Faustino Gran will once again be participating in the event, offering a spectacular set menu, available only for dinner at a fixed price of 60 euros (VAT included).
The set menu includes an aperitif, starter, main course and dessert, allowing you to enjoy the island’s most representative produce, such as its cheese, "cuixot", aubergines, red beef and traditional "greixera" for dessert.
