At Faustino Gran we have our own Minorcan vegetable garden, Casa de Pau, nestled in the middle of nature in the north of Ciutadella, close to Cala Ses Fontanelles and just 20 minutes from the hotel. This jewel of the Mediterranean has been updated and now offers healthy, local gastronomy, as part of an exclusive service for our guests, with a distinct social element that allows visitors to meet people from all over the world. Tasting fruit and vegetables, taking a dip in the pool or relaxing with a good book, together with a massage or practising mindfulness exercises, are just some of the activities offered at Casa de Pau.

Sustainable gastronomy

The island supplies us with the raw ingredients that we use to put together a tasting of produce from the vegetable garden from 1 pm to 3 pm. All dishes are prepared according to criteria based on sustainability and social and environmental responsibility made using seasonal, local, home-grown produce.

Access to Ses Fontanelles, a fishermen's haven

Just a few metres from the vegetable garden is a hard-to-reach beach where you can enjoy peace and quiet and privacy. Ses Fontanelles is an old jetty and former fishermen’s haven, perfect for water sports such as kayaking, paddleboarding and snorkelling. We can take you there in our Land Rover Defender to do any of these sports or simply enjoy the sea.
